Refurbishment of an existing hotel restaurant into a 'stand alone' destination venue. The scheme - designed in a contemporary, nautical 'New England' style - features large photo wall panels, leather fixed and loose seating, custom lighting, granite work counters and paint finished t&g panelling. Budget: c£250,000

Complete re-design of existing hotel entrance, reception, bar and lounge areas to create stylish and sophisticated new public areas within the hotel by the use of materials such as brown cherry veneer, stone and riven glass. Budget: c£135,000

Project completed: November 2006

Milanese style restaurant in central London featuring a back lit glass fronted circular bar, walnut veneered wine display unit and custom lighting. Finishes chosen to create an understated elegance include sage green leather fixed seating, Italian furniture, dark brown floor tiles, travertine, slate and bronze. Budget: c£460,000 (site now under new ownership).

Casual dining Italian restaurant, comprising a refurbished shopfront and a ground floor bar-dining area, with strip oak and limestone flooring and a large photo triptych depicting the Asti Palio horse race in northern Italy.
